Happy Birthday Eric! These are Red Velvet Cupcakes with buttercream frosting! Eric's son is in his high school football team and Eric cannot be more proud! So we thought it would be perfect to make his birthday cupcakes to be football theme to represent this! All the decorations are made out of fondant except for the grass, that's buttercream of course! I think next time though, I'll probably make the decor out of flavoured tootsie rolls since those taste yummier! Hey so what did the football say to the punter? "I get a kick out of you!" hehe.Also, happy first day of Hanukkah!
